  • Private degrees awarded by institutions operating within the Swiss private higher education sector
  • Nationally regulated qualifications awarded by recognised awarding bodies or partner institutions

In accordance with international practice and the legal characteristics of private and cross border education systems, the recognition of qualifications is subject to the laws, regulations, and policies of each jurisdiction, as well as the discretion of receiving institutions, professional bodies, and employers.

The SwissUK® Education Network does not guarantee recognition, equivalence, or acceptance of any qualification in any country or by any authority or organisation, whether public or private. All decisions relating to recognition, evaluation, or use of qualifications remain the sole responsibility of the relevant third party.

All academic decisions, including admission, progression, assessment, and graduation, are made solely by authorised academic institutions and recognised awarding bodies within or in collaboration with the SwissUK® Education Network.

Local or regional partners may provide academic and administrative support to learners; however, they do not participate in, influence, or interfere with any academic decision making processes.

Authorised institutions and partners reserve the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access to any individual who does not meet safety, identification, or compliance requirements.

Recognition and Transparency

Programmes delivered within or in collaboration with the SwissUK® Education Network may be aligned with international education frameworks and competency based standards. However, the recognition, equivalence, or acceptance of any qualification is subject to the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction and the independent discretion of receiving authorities, professional bodies, employers, or academic institutions.

Learners are solely responsible for verifying recognition requirements prior to enrolment, including the suitability and compatibility of any qualification for their intended academic, professional, or migration purposes.

The SwissUK® Education Network, together with its authorised institutions and partners, does not guarantee recognition, equivalence, or acceptance of any qualification in any jurisdiction. No responsibility is accepted for decisions made by third parties outside the network’s legal authority or beyond its reasonable control.
